The first thing I need you to know, is that my workout playlist is
different from my running/cardio playlist and that it usually changes a lot
because I get bored easily.
In this article, I'll provide you with my go-to top 10 workout songs I
listen to, mostly while lifting and/or doing crossfit or gymnastics.
However if none of my songs speak to you, here are a few tips of mine that
can help you create your own playlist:
1. Explore new styles of music
2. Choose fast/upbeat songs
3. Pick songs that boost your confidence

none of those are actual rules you need to follow, those are just what works
