My Workout-Playlist and How To Build Yours

Hello, hello peepz!

The first thing I need you to know, is that my workout playlist is different from my running/cardio playlist and that it usually changes a lot because I get bored easily.


In this article, I'll provide you with my go-to top 10 workout songs I listen to, mostly while lifting and/or doing crossfit or gymnastics.



However if none of my songs speak to you, here are a few tips of mine that can help you create your own playlist:

1. Explore new styles of music


2. Choose fast/upbeat songs


3. Pick songs that boost your confidence




Right, those were my tips how to build your own workout playlist. Of course none of those are actual rules you need to follow, those are just what works best for me. If you can workout best to Beethoven's 5 Secrets, who am I to judge?
